I represent clients in airplane and helicopter accidents, hotel, resort and recreational injuries and wrongful death, including general personal injury and professional negligence on both a national and international basis. For the past ten years I have handled accidents and injuries in and litigated cases throughout the United States and the world, including South Korea, China, Tokyo, the United Kingdom, The Bahamas, France, Turkey and others. If you are looking for an attorney who will provide you or your client with a personalized level of attention, excellent client communication and work tirelessly to maximize the recovery then contact me and let me review your case.

I initially established my firm for the unique purpose of providing specialized aviation legal services. I have been involved in air carrirer (airline) and general aviation crashes, often where the National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration completely miss the ball. Frankly, sometimes they just don't conduct basic competent investigations. I am a licensed and certificated Commercial Pilot and a Certified Flight Instructor, Instrument Instructor and Multi-Engine Instructor and have privileges for single engine seaplanes. In each case I can call upon a wide-range of valid and practical aviation experience in evaluating and litigating claims against manufacturers, pilots and aircrew, governments, air facilities, and all others who needlessly endangered others.

My recreational injury and wrongful death practice, sometimes referred to as travel injury law, incorporates claims against amusement parks, cruise lines and hotels and resorts, for injuries on waterslides and in pools, or while jet skiing, ziplining or taking any kind of excursion or tour, away from home, be it on business or pleasure. Many of these cases grew out of my aviation experience; lawyers would call me with questions about jurisdiction, choice of law or forum non conveniens (inconvenient forum).

I am Board certified for Aviation law by the Florida Bar and I offer a free consultations in injury matters I generally will work on a contingency fee basis. I can provide you with an honest assessment of you or your client's situation. Oftentimes, our firm's cases are brought in through referrals from other attorneys who know the quality of services, for which we will honor a referral fee in a signed writing, if allowed.
